Education: High School or Equivalent or 3 years’ experience.
Experience: This is an entry-level position. Prior cleaning experience preferred. Prior cleaning experience in a healthcare environment highly preferred. Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills are required.

Per-Diem, 16 hours/week, Day Shift
Jefferson Torresdale
Primary Function:
Performs cleaning functions in assigned areas while following assigned schedules and specific methods to provide patients, visitors, and staff with a sanitary, orderly, and safe patient care environment. Aides in prevention of cross contamination, controlling bacteria, odor, and sustaining acceptable aseptic conditions. Prepares and assists as part of our Emergency Response Team. Assists with moves, recycling, and delivery of supplies. Performs duties that involve the removal of trash.
Covid Vaccination is a requirement for employment at Jefferson for employees working at Jefferson’s clinical entities or at the University. If you are not currently vaccinated you will be required to receive the vaccination prior to hire date if you are offered employment, unless you request and receive an approved medical or religious exemption from Jefferson.
